CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received within 14 days (28 days in peak periods) notice of arrival date will forfeit the deposit paid. Prior to this time cancellations incur a $50 cancellation administration fee and the balance refunded. Please note that there is no refund for early departures. Alterations to your reservation are met with the same conditions as cancellations. All cancellations must be confirmed by sending the cancellation details to us in writing.
