Located only five minutes drive from central Echuca, Shetland Drive is family friendly, fully quipped holiday rental, with all of the luxuries of home. The house comprises of two living areas (separate kid’s corner with toys and books), fully equipped modern kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine and pods), four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedding configuration: Master – large bedroom with king bed and ensuite Bedroom 2 – Queen Bedroom 3 – Queen Bedroom 4 – Double, king single and single (bunk) The property sleeps 10, with the option of one roll away for an 11th guest. Outside you will find a brand new in ground pool with undercover decking area and Weber BBQ. The house enjoys a beautiful bush backdrop, with gates leading out onto a quiet, dog friendly walking track. It is also only a three minute walk to a huge park with play equipment and basketball ring. During the cooler months, there is ducted gas heating and a beautiful gas log fire. There is also ducted evaporative cooling and ceiling fans in all bedrooms to keep you cool when the weather warms up. 55 Shetland Drive also has free WIFI and Foxtel. There is a remote double garage and off street parking for four more cars/boats. Cancellation Policy

We understand that with everyone leading such busy lives things can crop up and change your holiday plans! If this happens we ask you to contact us as soon as possible. The more notice we have the more chance we can re rent your house. Upon booking we ask for a 50% deposit. For bookings cancelled four or more weeks out from your arrival date we would be happy to offer a credit note valid for 12 months subject to the home being re rented for the same period and rate. If we cannot re rent your home you will forfeit your deposit. Please note that if you choose to pay the full amount upon booking the same conditions will apply to this amount as to a deposit. If you cancel within four weeks do not show up for your booking or alter your stay the total amount outstanding will be charged to your nominated credit card. we will do everything we can to re rent your house for the same period and rate. A credit note for 12 months also applies in this instance. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any queries regarding the cancellation policy.
