All necessary equipment is on hand. Supermarkets are located a short 5 minute drive away. Regular Sunday morning markets are located a short stroll from the property. The Moama Bowling Club is located a quick 2 minute walk away and local takeaways, cafes and restaurants are also within a short drive or phone call away.

Upstairs you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, each bedroom has its own spilt system air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep you comfortable. Master bedroom has own private ensuite complete with walk in rain shower. All linen provided along with basic bathroom necessities

The beautifully appointed main bathroom with luxurious deep bath, will see you soaking for many a peaceful hour by candlelight. There are two downstairs living areas each complete with TV/DVD. Relax in the private rear secure courtyard with fully equipped outdoor kitchen to sit back and enjoy our renowned sunny warm weather. Laundry facilities include, washing machine, ironing board and iron, mop and vacuum.

Off street parking provided as well as single carport. Check-in time is 2pm, check-out is 10am.

Located in Moama, just across the bridge from Echuca, RL Apartments is only a short walk to the River and five minutes drive from the heart of Echuca. Enjoy the many Restaurants and shops that Echuca have to offer, explore the regions wineries, or a cruise down the mighty Murray on one of the Paddle Steamers, and if you enjoy golf book in for a game at the Rich River Golf course. If the booking is for more than 2 people, a bond may be required - this will advised at booking. CORPORATE RENTAL is welcome for a short or extended stay.
