Directions
Do not rely on google maps for directions. Coming into Echuca from the Northern or Murray Valley Hwys follow signs and make your way over the bridge to Moama. Take a left into Perricoota Rd, travel along about 4kms and take a right into 24 Lane, or coming into Moama on the Cobb Hwy turn right into Perricoota Rd travel along about 4kms and take a right into 24 Lane, you're here. Total rooms 63. Arrival Time 14:00 Departure Time 10:00
Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is received less than one calendar month prior to your arrival date a cancellation fee of $100.00 per room will apply. If the cancellation is received within 7 days prior to your arrival the full amount will be forfeited. At peak period such as weekend and school holidays the deposit applies to each night of the reservation. This means if a guest books out a day early the deposit will be forfeited.
