With hands on elements, recipes and goodies to take home including an apron and a tasting of regional beer or wine to accompany a light meal

For the Dads Pork Pie and Scotch Egg Making Workshop 8 on Thursday 5th September at 6.00pm. Approx 3 hour workshop, $110.00 per person.

Hamming it up! Christmas Ham Workshop 9 - Learn to butcher and make your own traditional baked gammom ham to take home for Christmas on Saturday 9th November from 9.30am. Approx 3 hour workshop, $200.00 per person.
