No visit to Echuca Moama is complete without taking a cruise on one of our historic paddlesteamers. Echuca Moama is the paddlesteamer capital of the world, after all! Travel the river at your own pace, or join a guided tour in a one or two berth vessel. Our two favourite operators are Echuca Boat & Canoe Hire, located at the Victoria Park boat ramp, and River Country Adventours who specialise in guided overnight safari tours.

Floating down the Murray River on a stand up paddleboard is a breathtaking experience – especially at sunrise or sunset. Take an eco boat tour
Explore one of the most significant areas along the Murray, Barmah National Park, on an eco boat tour with Kingfisher Cruises. Guided by a scientist, Kingfisher Cruises will take you into the narrowest section of the Murray River, the Barmah Narrows or Choke, and onto the Barmah Lakes, pointing out the flora and fauna that calls the park home and sharing the stories of this special area.
