Experience hands-on the art of different pruning techniques as you spend a day with Domaine Asmara owner/viticulturist, Andreas.

Domaine Asmara is a family-owned winery where the vines are lovingly tended to by hand, with no machine intervention. Spend a day living like the owners, Andreas and his wife Henni, as you tend to the vines and talk wine in a small group. 

See and listen to an abundance of bird life - we call it 'vineyard meditation' - and learn about grape growing and wine making in the world-renowned Heathecote Wine region at Toolleen.

This viticulture experience comes full circle as you are spoilt with a delicious lunch featuring local produce and wine tastings in the Domaine Asmara Cellar Door.

When: Daily, 9.00am-2.00pm, weather permitting.
