CODE RED FIRE DANGER

CODE RED FIRE DANGER

Forest Fire Management would like to advise that tomorrow will be a Code Red Fire Danger day for the Northern Country.  A Total Fire Ban has also been declared for the entire State of Victoria and it is advisable that you do not enter National Parks or State Forests throughout the region.

In addition, NSW Parks have advised that all Murray Valley National Parks and Regional Parks will be closed to visitors from midnight tonight (Wed 20th November) to midnight tomorrow (Thursday 21st November).

Due to the issuing of a code red day for tomorrow, Thursday 21st November, DAY FOUR of paddling in the Massive Murray Paddle has been cancelled.

We welcome all Massive Murray Paddlers to Echuca Moama during their unexpected day of rest.
