The stylish constructed 2 story 5-bedroom Vineyard Villa features breathtaking Murray River and Vineyard vistas from every window.

Our beautiful Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and the bedding configuration can be altered to suit your requirements.

The heart of the Cape Horn Vineyard Villa is its open plan lounge and dining with extensive vineyard and Murray River views. It is a generous space with comfortable couches for entertainment and relaxation and a flat screen “”smart” television including Foxtel. The house is contemporary and spacious. The well-equipped kitchen has modern, top of the range appliances that will make catering to family and friends memorable, including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (pods), milk frother, crockery, cutlery, cookware, glassware and more. The open plan dining area has a 10-seater dining setting, the perfect place to share sumptuous meals and wine.

From the lounge area the sliding doors open up onto the balcony that runs along the whole open-plan area. There is an outdoor table setting that seats ten, as well as a large BBQ, making this outdoor space perfect for dining and relaxation.

There are five exquisite bedrooms with modern bed linen, soft furnishings and polished stone flooring. Four of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and open up onto the deck with stunning views of the Murray River and the vineyard. A good size bathroom is located downstairs with shower, basin and toilet. The spacious master bedroom is located on the second floor.

A second bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet is upstairs. Experience a serene and luxurious stay with breathtaking views of the vineyard and the Murray River from every window. An optional internal lift is available for the elderly and people with disabilities. This lift is turned off unless persons with special needs are staying.

The house comes with a large heated jacuzzi/spa which is located in a separate building next to the house and for the Vineyard Villa guests exclusive use. Guests are free to explore the property. Dine and relax on the picnic area whilst enjoying river views. Children can enjoy the playground area whilst you aim to defeat your opponent on the giant chess game!

During your stay, indulge with a wide range of award-winning wines in the Cellar Door with free wine tastings (appointment may be required in off-peak season). You can also purchase wine from the vineyard and enjoy sumptuous wood fired pizzas & platters on weekends and during school holidays.
