Buggin Delicious - Taste, Touch and Discover the world of Insects

The team from twistED Science, a quirky, privately run science experience, have collaborated with Junction Moama, a restaurant and bar on the stunning Murray River in picturesque Echuca Moama to take you on a journey into the world of insects. Discover why they are so important to the diversity of the food we enjoy now and could be the food of the future. 

This is no ordinary meal! You’ll get up close and personal with some amazing minibeasts and come away feeling pretty stoked for being at the forefront of sustainable locavore eating. 

At Junction, the emphasis is on a truly social experience and that extends beyond the fantastic shared dining menu into the relaxed, warm environment of the venue itself. Enjoy a locally focused degustation menu hand-picked by head Chef Dave Palmer. Each course will introduce you to a delicious way to eat insects, complemented by authentic Australian ingredients.
