Our beef patties are made from free range grass fed wagyu beef with a marbling grade of 9+ that we buy whole and mince ourselves daily. We add salt pepper and egg – that’s it. No fillers, no chemicals, no preservatives and definitely no flavour enhancers. When you use such a high quality cut of meat nothing else is needed. This is why we are able to give you the option of how you would like it prepared. We recommend medium/rare.
