With dry-grown vineyards, sustainable practices, and a low carbon footprint, on the rich red Cambrian soil of the Mount Camel Range. Silver Spoon Estate has a diverse range of varietal grapes planted in 1999/2000 and 2009, including Tempranillo, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Viognier and a distinct collection of medium to heavy bodied Shiraz to suit all wine lovers - including our famous MONSTER SHIRAZ.

We also produce a range of red blends including GSM, GST or our current release Fandango dry red, and a very special late harvest wine too. There is always a wine for every palate, every budget and every occasion.
