Please note:Arrivals after 6pm in Summer and 4pm in winter will need to wait until the following morning to move the boat due to daylight requirementsCancellation Policy/Terms and conditions.1.A deposit of $500 within 7 days of booking is required as confirmation2.Full payment of hire is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Non payment by this date will be taken as a cancellation.3.Bond of $800 is payable on arrival and will be refunded within 48 hours less fuel used of the boat being returned on time clean and in good condition. Damage loss or extra cleaning will be charged for at cost. Group hire by all males or all females-$1500 bond payable on arrival.4.Cancellation of bookings must be made at least 3 months prior to commencement of hire. There will be no refund of money until the period of hire has been rebooked by another party for the full period of hire value. A cancellation fee of $150 will be applied.5.The number of persons on board must not exceed 12.6.Drivers of the houseboat must be 21 years of age and hold a full drivers licence.7.The craft must remain between the Barmah Bridge and Torrumbarry Lock and only be driven in daylight hours.8.River conditions-In the unlikely event of unfavourable river conditions or any unforseen circumstances causing danger to the river craft the proprietors reserve the right to rearrange the booking. Every effort will be made to give notice in advance.9.Boat condition-We agree to have the boat motor and accessories in good order. We will not be obliged to compensate the hirer for loss of time due to mechanical problems during the hire period.10.Due to health and other regulations no pets firearms axes or motorbikes please.11.All care but no responsibility taken for cars and boat trailers parked on the property.12.The company h
