Built in the 1940's the newly renovated Gunbower Family Hotel is located 30 minutes from Echuca Moama and is known for their great steaks. Farmer, butcher and now hotelier, Richard McGillivray farms his own beef then slaughters them at the family abbotoirs, they are then butchered at the family butchery in Gunbower. Steaks are aged between 4-6 weeks. Paddock to Plate!
