The weekend of 13-15 February 2009 will continue to be a great time to visit Echuca-Moama, with a range of jazz music, food and wine activities planned over the whole weekend as part of the annual Riverboats, Jazz, Food and Wine Festival..

For those who have been to the event over the past few years, please note that the 2009 event will not include "Jazz Under the Stars" on Saturday Night and will not include "Jazz Picnic in the Park" on the Sunday.  Both of these activities have previously been held at the Aquatic Reserve in Echuca.

These activities are being replaced with a wider variety of jazz musical performances taking place at restaurants, clubs and on board Echuca-Moama's famous paddlesteamers. The three days of jazz include:

• Every child’s favourite – the Teddy Bear’s Picnic
• Cruise the majestic Murray River as part of the Riverboat Ramble
• Sample the region’s wine during the Winery Showcase
• Join your friends at the Winemakers’ Lunch presented by renowned loca restaurant, Oscar W’s Wharfside
• Start your Sunday with a jazz flavoured Church Service
• Travel by riverboat to the feature event, Jazz on the Murray @ Morrison’s, to be held at the picturesque Morrison’s Riverview Winery and Restaurant
• Enjoy live entertainment throughout Echuca-Moama’s venues and streets all weekend
• Treat yourself to a Sunday morning Big Jazz Breakfast / Brunch at Radcliffe’s.
