Fabulous Food
Whether you are looking for a fine dining experience or a laid-back meal, you are sure to find what you want in Echuca-Moama.

With more than 50 eateries in town, the choices are endless. Chinese, Italian, Thai, Mexican, Greek and the best of western cuisine are all on the menu. Pubs offer tasty counter meals and some fish and chip shops, in addition to what you would normally find, also offer river fish when in season.

Styles and backdrops vary. You can’t go past Echuca-Moama’s great restaurants for the perfect ambience and enticing splendour. If you are looking forward to a family meal, try a pub or indulge in some pizza and pasta.

For a delicious treat, choose from a selection of freshly- baked goodies from one of the many bakeries, or enjoy coffee and cake in style at an outdoor eatery and savour the friendly atmosphere the twin towns have to offer. For a truly unique experience, enjoy a meal on board a riverboat.

Echuca-Moama is known for its fresh food, as the area is surrounded by beef and dairy farms, vegetable and grain growers and orchards. Eateries around the district do their best to support local industry and fresh produce, honey, eggs and homemade jams, relishes, sauces and dressings can be purchased from markets, which are held almost every weekend.

A farmers market is held at Echuca’s Alton Reserve on the first, third and fifth Saturday of every month, while Moama’s Kerrabee Soundshell plays host to a number of markets each month.

For an exquisite taste in an exquisite setting, Echuca- Moama has it all.
