The Mill Echuca

Our restaurant and wine bar occupies a five-storey utilitarian building constructed in 1881 that formerly housed Echuca’s iconic flour mill. Every crevice of this heritage-listed warehouse is flooded with the classic atmosphere of its 19th century glory days. The building’s signature red brick and timber work has been lovingly preserved and restored, and the interior is recreated with a contemporary dining space, extensive cellar, mezzanine floor and balcony, statement chandeliers, vintage timber furniture and cosy lounge and bar areas. The philosophy behind our brand is simple: provide a warm and welcoming space for people to gather, source the best produce and cook with love.
