EMT has been busy assisting in the creation of several media initiatives which have resulted in generating some excellent high profile exposure in the following magazines and newspapers:
• Melbourne Weekly (July) – Featuring Echuca Moama attractions and restaurants
• RACV Magazine (June) - Featuring the food, wine and produce of the region
• Herald Sun Escape “Stay at my Place” (July) – Accommodation review with additional things to see and do in Echuca Moama
Echuca Moama Tourism will continue to further develop networks with the media through Tourism Victoria’s public relations unit to encourage Visiting Journalists to the region.

Major Television, Radio and Print Winter Campaign
EMT is currently running a major Winter Campaign that is targeting Melbourne Metro with an overlap into key regional markets in Victoria.
The purpose of this exciting campaign is to drive business to the region during the traditionally quieter months.
The campaign includes a ‘Stay 3, pay 2’ offering which commenced in the market early July and will see television advertisements across commercial stations regionally, 3AW radio in Melbourne and half page advertisements in the Bendigo Advertiser to create traffic in weekend and day markets.

Bendigo Magazine
EMT will be participating in the Spring edition of the highly popular Bendigo Magazine.
The Bendigo Magazine is a quality high gloss lifestyle magazine devoted to Bendigo and surrounds with a distribution of 10,000 copies. The magazine has a terrific retention rate as it tends to be kept and read repeatedly within all aspects of the Bendigo community.
Echuca Moama will feature in 2 half page advertisements.
The first half page will consist of generic editorial on the region supplied by EMT and the second half page will consist of 3 individual business advertisements that we have offered to EMT members.

Australian Bridal Expo
EMT have partnered up with the Echuca Moama Wedding Committee and EMT members to attend the Australian Bridal Exhibition on the 20th and 21st of August at the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne.

Caravanning Australia Magazine Last Minute Opportunity
We have a last minute opportunity for operators to buy space in a special MURRAY RIVER feature of the spring edition of the Caravanning Australia magazine.

Echuca Moama Tourism will attend Melbourne’s first ever Regional Shopping & Destination Fair at the Atrium, Federation Square, Melbourne on the 12th of August 2011.
This is a feature event of Victoria's Small Business Festival. The one-day fair will be organised into distinct regional Victorian 'hubs; showcasing the diverse and unique shopping and holiday experiences available across regional Victoria.
